I love God and I love being Catholic!! Without God we wouldn't have anything or even be here, so I can't help but give him some credit (well, all the credit for everything!) for the food we have, the kitchen I can prepare it in, the mouths I feed with it (including my own), hands to cook it with, and the internet to blog about it.
I don't really make special cakes or cookies for every feast day on the calendar, but I'll definitely be trying harder to make the feast days we hold dear a little more special as the year goes along.
